Alisha continues making a difference in her life and community connecting through GRATITUDE and extensive VOLUNTEER efforts including:
- Founding and hosting an annual athletic pep rally event for a decade;
- Managing youth sports teams and sports photography for 15 years;
- Co-chairing Living Lessons, a remarkable empowering day that hosts motivational speakers from all over the world who share their stories of triumph and heroism;
- Founding and co-chairing with her oldest son, The Dream Team Dance Party for special needs children/young adults.
With an emoji-filled heart, when Alisha is not traveling across the US or globally focusing research participants, her clarity surfaces from raising three charismatic teens/tweens with her husband and best friend since she was 12 years old. Although she dreams of becoming a back-up singer for Sara Bareilles one day, her current personal and professional passions suffice for now :).
